This commercial greenhouse pairs a hot dip galvanized steel frame with an outside shade system, giving vegetable and flower growers a structure that holds its shape through long production seasons. Span runs from 8 to 12 m, bay length from 10 to 100 m and gutter height from 3 to 4.5 m, so the layout follows the field instead of forcing the field to fit a fixed kit. The covering film passes 90 to 95 percent of available light and carries a UV resistant coating that slows aging, while the galvanized steel frame stands up to the corrosion that humid interiors cause. Roof vents and side vents move air without extra power, and the outside shade screen cuts peak summer load before it reaches the crop. Boiler or radiant heating can be added where winter temperatures demand it, and double glazing raises insulation where nights turn cold. Span, covering thickness and vent layout are all made to order.
