Product Description

Green HDPE shade cloth is warp knitted from 100 percent virgin HDPE and used over greenhouses, vegetable rows, orchards and flower gardens to cut light and heat. The 140 gsm grade uses a heavier flat yarn weave, so it blocks strong summer sun and resists tearing under wind and handling. Shade rates from 30 percent to 90 percent and weights from 30 gsm to 320 gsm let growers match light to each crop, and the knitted mesh keeps air moving while holding soil moisture. Widths of 2 m to 8 m are cut to customer length in green, black, blue, white or beige, and the same cloth works as a windbreak and frost cover. Service life reaches 3 to 5 years outdoors. Typical buyers are vegetable farms, orchards, nurseries and greenhouse operators.
