White Light Scattering Climate Screen with Aluminum Foil for Greenhouse

Product Description

White and black shade do opposite things to a crop. Black takes light away, white scatters it, and scattering is what you want when the problem is hot spots on the top leaves rather than too much light overall. This screen is warp knitted from 100% virgin HDPE bonded to an aluminium foil layer, so it spreads the light during the day and reflects radiant heat back down at night, cutting heating demand by up to 30 percent. Shade rate runs from 30% to 90% and weight from 30gsm to 320gsm. Width is supplied from 2 m to 8 m with length cut to order, and white is the stock colour with green, black, blue, red and beige also in production. The UV stabilised fabric is rated for 3 to 5 years of service and is fully recyclable at end of life. Orders start at 2000 square metres with lead time of 10 to 20 days on T/T or L/C.
