Raw Material and Process Features

1. Raw Material : 100% new HDPE
2. Other formulas : Anti-UV and Anti-oxidation material
3. Process : High temperature pre-shrinking and shaping process (No shrinkage within 70ºC)

Performance Features

1. High strength & durable : Knitted tape filament shade nets series are woven from high strength black tape filament. It has the function of anti-rain, snow and hail, therefore it will reduce the damage to greenhouse and plants. It is a economical and practical product.
2. Long service life : The product is added with anti-UV and anti-oxidation formulas to increase the service life . Therefore, it overcomes the shortcoming of the traditional black tape-filament of shade nets, such as large shrinkage, inaccurate shading rate, fast aging and fragile,shortening.  In addition, it has a certain resistance to acidic and alkaline chemicals.
3. Effective Cooling, anti-UV and heat radiation reduction : In summer, it can reduce the internal temperature of the greenhouse by 4-6ºC, and at the same time, to reduce the damage of ultraviolet rays to crops. In winter, it can reduce the heat radiation from the greenhouse and limit the frost damage of greenhouse to minimum.
4. Be good at shading : Due to the shape of tape-filament, it has a high blockage. 

Application :
It is suitable for various types of greenhouses, and various installation methods are available. It can be installed under or over different greenhouse covering materials. This product is widely used in single-span greenhouse internal & external shading. It has good effect on shading.
It is suitable for the cultivation of mushrooms and other crops. Due to the high density of the mesh surface, the wind resistance is relatively large. It is recommended to use the outdoor building shade in the windy area with caution.
