Greenhouse sun shade nets are warp knitted from 100 percent virgin HDPE and used over vegetable nurseries, seedling beds and crop rows to lower light and heat. Shade rates from 30 percent to 90 percent and weights from 30 gsm to 320 gsm let growers tune light for lettuce, tomatoes, herbs and young plants. The knitted mesh keeps air moving while blocking direct sun, so leaf burn drops and soil keeps its moisture. Colours include green, black, blue, red, white and beige, and widths from 2 m to 8 m are cut to customer length. Service life reaches 3 to 5 years outdoors. Typical buyers are vegetable nurseries, seedling farms, greenhouse operators and garden centres.
